A traditional furniture spring seating system consisting of TENSION SPRINGS stretched across a seat frame from front-to-back that are connected to TRUNK PLATES on either end and covered with a platform of quilted lining or hessian.
  • Length is measured from 'inside the hook' to 'inside the hook' and is generally 10% shorter than the span of the frame, but this is variable depending on the seat firmness desired.
