Insert Nuts are screwed into pre-drilled holes to provide a threaded socket in timber frames.


Particularly suited to use on beds and sofas, insert nuts are Ideal when working from one side of the item only is permitted. The type D, flanged insert nuts (Product Code:KDISIM8LD-EA and KDISI56LD-EA) with the larger head provide increased protection against sideways leverage and we primarily sell these for use with headboard bolts.
